The bike is very stable at low speeds, which is important when manoeuvring with a full load of cargo. I can crawl along without feeling wobbly.

The shelves are very sturdy, I have sat on them before and they did not bend. Not recommended, but it shows how strong they are.

The 27.5 by 3.0 tires are surprisingly fast on pavement for such wide tires. I can keep up with traffic easily without feeling like I am dragging.

I use this bike to take my kids to school. The shelves are great for their bags. The bike is stable even with the extra weight. The motor handles the load easily. The 27.5-inch tires give a smooth ride. The battery lasts all week. It's made our mornings so much easier.

So far it's a very nice bike. Fenders are cheap but everything else has a good quality build to it. maxes out at 36 mph on pas 5. that's all I need to ride around my neighborhood. Haven't taken it hunting to go uphill yet so wont know until I go up the mountains. good motor and comes almost fully charged with full pumped tires. easy to put together as well. Hopefully, it lasts a long time.

At 19.5kg, it’s not the lightest touring e-bike, but the motor assistance more than compensates. The charging time of 4–6 hours is reasonable given the battery capacity, though fast charging would be a welcome upgrade. On the downside, the stock saddle is uncomfortable for rides over two hours, and I had to replace it. But these are minor issues in an otherwise excellent package. For cyclists who want to extend their range and explore further, the HedaTX GS9 is a reliable, capable, and affordable option. Got home from work and was just chilling out on my porch. I put it together in roughly an hour. It came with aired tires out the box and half a charge on the battery and ran it past a cop speed trap and it did every bit of 35mph while peddling. All around great deal and the thing looks dope and had a factory new smell to it when opened.
